Qbic have developed a patented technique for building hotel bedrooms that takes them from an empty shell to a fully equipped bedroom in 6 hours. To help them to achieve this we developed a bespoke 25-way Lighting Distribution Box for the projects.

The System is prefabricated, and products simply need to be plugged together on site. This meant that the job could be completed in a fraction of the time it would take using traditional wiring methods.

Using a Dual Supply Box made it possible to share power across a bedroom and en-suite, with separate control requirements. Presence detection was provided in the en-suite bathrooms, and manual switching in the bedrooms.
